That is odd. I have missed some cleaning up. It usually just gets crusty. I have no explanation for your red spot man. Cum shouldn't irritate your skin.

If some of my own has dried on me it just goes crusty as Jamie_n says without causing a reaction, and yo can either peel it off or just was that area, but was it yours? If your friend was another guy and it was his then that does make having an allergic reaction more likely as it will contain proteins that your body doesn't recognise as being yours. If you think that may be the explanation then just wash afterwards. Assuming you have washed that area now I'd keep an eye on it. If it doesn't improve soon then you could ask a professional. Here we're being encouraged to consult a pharmacist for simple stuff like that rather than bother our rather overworked doctors.

I've figured out that my scrotum is either really sensitive or allergic to either my cum or my piss, and I think it's my cum. After a good wank, when I go soft and pull my pants back up, I tuck my soft penis pretty much the same way every time into my shorts. The tip of my penis then sits right on a specific area of my ballsack. Pretty often, a little bit more semen oozes out of me, so this area of my scrotum might be damp quite a bit with my semen.

What happens is that that area of my scrotum turns red and itches like hell! Not my whole scrotum, just that specific area.

In that case I'd try to avoid the after-cum leakage. You could try "milking" it, i.e run your finger along the bottom of your penis from base to tip to squeeze som3e of the residue out. The other thing that helps is pissing afterwards.
