Due to a issue with batteries on the iPod Nano 1st gens, Apple are replacing them for FREE with new, 6th Gen models. You have probably already heard, but I only found out today, just enter the serial number, and follow the instructions on the website, It wouldnt work for me the first times, but i waited a hour and tried again and it worked, follow the following link:
