Hey just read about guys that cum over 5ml have hyperspermia. Sometimes you cum out of nowhere because so much pressure builds up over the day.
Does anyone have this? If so could you tell us how things are when you jerk off, precum amount etc.
Does it hurt? Can the "condition" come from nowhere or is it born with?
I myself have average I think.

I don't really know if it is a medical condition
that u have to worry about but I have large
ejaculations cause I drink a lot of water and
i cum a lot with multiple orgasms. It sure
doesn't hurt.

I have a relatively large amount of cum, at least based on where I've had reason to compare with other boys. I don't know if the amount qualifies as hyperspermia (I did look it up as well), I guess I might consider myself borderline? I've never experienced any pain, although it can be quite a mess to deal with. Anyone that's seen it has usually commented to the effect that I must not have masturbated for a long time and are surprised when I tell them that it's a "normal" amount for me.

Like so many medical conditions where someone has chosen a specific quantity to be the dividing line between normal and pathalogical I wonder how exactly they work the dividing line out and how much different it is to be just on one side of the line or just on the other.
It is a real condition, though. which can effect fertility. My understanding of it is that it is related to osmosis. Your body has a mechanism for regulating the amount of water in the body so if you drink more you pee more and if you drink less you pee less. That is because if your blood is too dilute osmosis causes fluid to move from the blood plasma into the cells and, in the more extreme case, causes the cells to burst their walls and die. If the blood is too concentrated the reverse happens, the fluid moves from the cells into the plasma and the cells shrivel up. Obviously there is a range the cells can cope with and this is what the body maintains. It will amost certainly be the same with sperm - if your semen were too dilute they would burst and if it were too concentrated they would shrivel up.
I bet it isn't very common, though. I know many people on here says they produce a couple of tablespoons, which if you look it up would be 30ml (1 tbsp = 15ml) but I just put that down to poor estimation. People notoriously over-estimate a quantity of liquid when it is spread out compared to being in a container including panicing that they have lost a lot of blood from a minor cut when in reality it is just a couple of ml.
The other thing to bear in mind, thinking back to my first paragraph, is that most guys will probably reach a peak in ejaculation volume in their late teens and then it will very gradually reduce as they age. I wonder if figures on average volume are unduly weighted by the kind of people who submit samples to labs, i.e. those who have been trying for a baby for a while and not suceeding, who would probably be slighly older than teenage, and those who are checking a vasectomy worked who would presumably be quite a bit older.

I have seen on the internet guys cuming and I don't know if it's even real. They would fill up like 6-7 condoms and more. I would consider that condition to be grossly abnormal. I have had guys tell me I cum quite a bit too and I just think I am normal. I would hate to have the condition you talked about. It sure sounds like it would make life miserable and very embarrassing.

Oh okay yeah, I thought it was more common but I guess not then... Yeah I'd imagine it being terrible when it comes to cleaning up and 7-8 condoms... Wtf. It would be prolly nice if it was like half a confom or something hahah. Ohwell..
So nobody has this condition that can give us a first-hand chat on how it affects his life or how it "enhances" it?
