We're the same. I think because I feel curious and worried, because maybe us boys have this narcissism-ness in us. So the idea is that you fancy the girl and identify with the guy, i.e. you imagine you are him doing those things to the girl.

As for the ejaculation visual, I think most guys quite like seeing themselves cum. I know I do and a survey I did a while back found that most of the guys than answered watched it happen more often than not.
