Your body doesn't "know" you age in years so as to match a piece of development to your birthday but obviously you do develop as you get older. Some researchers found wet dream frequency linked to testosterone level and I am pretty sure that continues to increase throughout puberty so that maybe a factor. It depends on how active your body is. I've never had one and jack off twice a day. I think I would have to not do anything for several days to have the buildup for something like that to happen. It sounds like you're at the height of development
