I have 3 or 4 really close friends. We been friends since we were little and we make dick jokes and stuff but have never seen each other dicks before. I dont know if any of them saw each other but I don't think they have.
I read here and other places that friends show each other and even masturbate together sometimes. How can I ask my friends to do this without them thinking I am gay or a pervert?

I would start with porn and take it from there. It would be better if it was their idea especially if they are staying at your house otherwise they may feel baited. If you are at their house then you may be able to come up with the idea but just don't make it weird.
