I've never experienced that.

Yes..i used to get that ....i used to get in time span of days in which i did not jerk off ...and i daily jerk off for atleast once and when i don't jerk off it happen...so my advise is follow your jerk off pattern and jerk off for atleast once daily as by this you are throwing out excess sperms only....hope it will help you all.

Same with me, the pain is real, it kinda makes you sick to your stomach, also if you jerk too much, had Blue Balls and that's not what it is.
