My boobs aren't all that big. Search for 28d on google images and while they are above average for my size, they're not huge. They're also recent. If back pain occurs it hasn't yet.

I googled it and some of those girls definitely weren't D cups! But you're right. I asked around and there are more 28D girls than I thought! I just assumed most girls were in the 30s and most were but I guess girls just have tinier frames than guys lol.
