I'm attempting to go on a 1 year abstinence challenge, so no FAP,no SEX. Are there any tips to control the constant urge to do it?
I had accepted this challenge with my friends, and if anyone fails there will be a really embarrassing forfeit.

The forfeit for those asking is that we have to crossdress (think Richard Brandon on AirAsia) for a whole day.
