In this post by StillWaiting (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?p=3474425#post3474425) he mentions having wet dreams but not ejaculating during masturbation. Has anyone else experienced this?

To me it would seem logical that if one can ejaculate in a wet dream he would expect to be able to do the same while masturbating and that therefore the explanation might be not getting to orgasm during masturbation but maybe there is something I don't know.

If you have experienced this and it has now resolved what was the resolution? Did things sort themselves out spontaneously or did you do something differently?

I have never had a wet dream because I masturbate regularly. I have never had a dry orgasm since I was able to cum. I think that is something to talk to a doctor about.

he also says in a later post he "gets tingly sometimes and shaky but that's it, no cum" so my guess is he doesn't masturbate to a full orgasm and ejaculation, hence the wet dreams. i myself didn't have a wet dream until about 2 years after i started to ejacualte

How long should I masturbate in order to cum? Tried it for 3-4 mins straight and had a massive boner but no cum.

Keep going. After a while it will feel tingly and you will want to pee. If that works keep going :-)

3-4 mins is probbaly right at the low end of time unless your really horny. you gotta keep going till you kinda feel like you need to pee and thats when you know your getting close keep going from there and then youll have a proper one

Try to edge that 3-4 mins for a longer time
stopping and going and c if that doesn't help.

I've never had that happen
But StillWaiting yiur gettimg good advise here. Just keep going when you get those sensations. You won't pee, trust us, it's better.

As long as it takes. There isn't a specific time.

You mentioned that you get the tingling feeling and a kind of shaking. For me that tingling is the "almost there" feeling, not the orgasm so you need to keep going at that point. If you imagine a rollercoaster you've been climbing to the top and the tingling is when the car starts to slow down as it approaches the peak. At that point you haven't yet experienced the rush of starting to go down the other side and that's what you're aiming for here.

BTW, I started a new thread because we had kind of drifted off topic on the original thread and I thought it would help to get more input from different people, for which a more accurate title would help. I had meant to link from the old thread to the new but forgot. Glad you found it anyway.
