What affects menstrual cycle ?

I have a couple questions that I can't seem to get a straight answer on

Can smoking weed affect your period ?

Can drinking alcohol affect your period?

Can gaining weight affect your period?

Can sexual activity affect your period?

And if so how much does it affect your period by? Like does it make you miss a couple months days weeks?

Has anyone else experienced a change in menstrual cycle due to this?

I'm not sure about all of them, I know that Sexual activity can and that weight gain might. But I've only learned these things from school so I might be wrong. I do know that stress can delay them, though.

Sexual activity my for sure and gaining weight and drinking heavily can possibly, but I doubt smoking would

I would think that all those things could affect your cycle. I know also that if you move in with an older or dominant female your cycle will change and you will be on the same cycle as her. I think that there are several reasons for cycle changes. Any thing that really stresses you out or bothers you bad can affect your cycle too. I hope this helps answer your question.
