I'm 13 and 4 months and have grown almost 5 inches this year. I'm 5'8. But I still haven't started puberty. No pubes or armpits or legs. Is that weird? Should I start soon based on my height?

Yes, usually a growth spurt like what you are experiencing indicates puberty.

Ya for sure. I went from 5'1 to 5'7 in the span of about 8 months this year and I started growing pubic hair in October. I'm also 13.

Wow, that generation is so tall. The 2001-02 generation of kids are USUALLY short (including me). I always see kids around my age (14) around 5'4 - 5'7.
There are some exceptions but yeah... Short people problems, I am 5'5.
Anyway, be glad that those signs haven't appeared yet, that means you still might be growing which is a good thing. Puberty is happening to you, just differently. Growth spurts are an indication of puberty, so good luck :)
P.S, the voice cracks get annoying depending how often they are :D

It's the one thing I've learned reading here. There's no consistency in development in terms of quickness/ slowness/ times/ spurts in growth/ order of things. With the possible exception of identical twins, things will happen as and when for the order of you. With a spurt like that, yeah other things should happen soon, but as to what when and how much, time will tell

If ur 5'8" before puberty you are probably going to be really tall.
I would say that your recent growth is a sign of puberty. Im assuming that youve never ejaculated since u said that u havent started puberty. My first ejaculation was one if the first signs if puberty for me.

Everyone is different as far as puberty goes. I am sure that the other things will start happening now after your growth spurt. You are normal for you so don't worry about it. Before you know it you will start developing down there. I had a classmate that I felt so bad for cause even in 10th grade 15-16 his penis and testicles were still as tiny as a 2 year olds. That darn puberty is so different for some. They just are super slow bloomers.

I honestly don't remember if I had a growth spurt before puberty or not. But I think I was the opposite of you. I was an early bloomer with puberty (like 10) and didn't get over 5'8 until 15. My guess is if you're 5'8 already and grew 5 inches in a year or less that you should hit puberty any time now.

Ya pretty much. I don't have very much pubic hair at all. It's easy to notice that I have it now, but it's not a bush. I don't have arm pit hair nor leg hair to speak of.
As for the mentions of me being tall, ya I am but my dad is 6'6 and my brother is 16 and already 6 feet tall.

When I began puberty little over a year ago I was 5'2". I grew about 4" and I'm 5'6" and hopefully I'm still growing. My dad is 6'2". So I still have a way to go to be taller than him.
