ive put up a post about me getting fitter for the new season and the replies i got were really helpful, thanks

anyway, ive decided that im going to do push ups, sit ups, bridges and leg lifts and gradually increase the amount and time i do them, just to help with losing a bit of weight to help with getting fitter

i just wanted to know if there was anything else i could do INSIDE my room to help with this, i have an area of about the same size of a double bed.

Oh okay. Well eveything you said can be done inside your room.
Also, try squatting :)

Calisthenics won't be as effective in helping you lose weight as much as cardio exercises will. If you can, you really should run or swim. Those two will help you lose more weight than calisthenics will.
