So, im 16 and I've heard a lot of ppl say that my sex drive would decrease with age….lol. no, it hasn't. I can be set off by the simplest things: my friends, a picture of someone in a swimsuit, or even just sitting in class. Maybe it hasn't been long enough for it to slow down but its been extremely active since 13 and it's starting to take too much time out of my day (like 2-3 times on a slow day). wbu? Am i still too early?

Yea at our age you just learn ways to tame it/ deal with it at the right time. It shouldn't decrease drastically until your 40's.

As other people have said, your sex drive ain't goin' anywhere for a loooong time. Unless of course you take antidepressants, or do MDMA, both of which can decrease libido.

Yea, it will decrease with age but most likely not quite yet. Mine has decreased a bit since my teens, but I think the biggest drop off is when you are middle aged and older.

As you get older it your sexdrive does increase... Your body learns how to control it b/c like everything in life you adapt to it.

Why r u thinking bout this now? Since u
seem to b extra horny-and it goes with
puberty-enjoy the boners no matter how
sometimes they stick out when u least
expect them to do.

OMG! I really hope mine doesn't. I heard that men can get women pregnant even in their 90's. It isn't the sex drive that slows down it's other things like the heart and other non sex health issues that slows you down.

don't worry. i've read males are at their sexual peak somewhere between 17 and 25, then the sex drive slows down but doesn't disappear! my parents still have sex, yours too probably.

Fap to your hearts content. IMO, It's better to be constantly horny than not horny at all.

I was just talking about this with another friend but at the age of 18 my sexual drive has increased massively in the past two or so years.

I'm 16 and I think my sex drive has been increasing. I've always been horny since I started puberty, but recently the desire to have actual sex has become much stronger.

I'd heard 17 was supposed to be the peak. Also, you climb to that peak pretty quickly, i.e. over 5 years or so but the decline is much, much slower, like over the next 50+ years.
I think one occasion I remember being hornier than I had ever been previously happened when I was 16.

I think, technically, pjones is right that your sex drive will slow down as you go through your twenties, but as I said above it is a very slow decline and I reckon it will still be high enough that you don't really notice any change.
If, for example a guys sex drive was at the peak at 17 and reduced to zero at 87 and the decline was linear then at 27 it would still be 86% or what it was at 17. Actually the decline will be even slower than that as it probably won't be zero at 87, I just don't know what it will be.
So don't worry about having enough horniness left for breeding, there will be enough for that and plenty of fun on top but yes, as other people have said, try to put a positive slant on it and just enjoy being able to have lots of great-feeling orgasms.

Do you mean sex drive or random boners? I've heard sex drive stays high until 30s or 40s. But I've heard that random boners decrease around 15-17 and I'm with you, they haven't.

I have find relationship between sex drive and frequency of your masturbation, by discussing with my friends. The conclusion is that when you masturbate daily then your sex drive increases and it never decreases....but when you don't masturbate daily then your drive decreases slowly and slowly and at one time it gets stop.
So i have started doing masturbation from my earlier age and now i find myself healthy and having great sex drive.!!! Hope it help you ....
