My friend was born in England and he is not cut. He moved here when he was 12 and we have been friends for years and he said lots of boys are not cut over there. I guess it is a geological thing? So, is it true, until I saw this post I never really thought about it.

13 for tight foreskin, which caused other issues. In my year at school I know one other boy who is done ..
it's pretty rare usually only medical or religious reasons ..
The Dr's usually try every alternative to circumcision.

It's quite interesting compared to doctors in north america.

i know one from uk who got cut and then moved to france. He said it's so rare that when he's naked around other guys they always surprised and even ask why he's cut like they never saw another. Kind of the opposite what i get here...

That's exactly what it's like... plus you get ridiculous questions.. and I get the piss taken quite a bit with names etc ....

I guess people are always curious about differences so if someone asks an honest question it may be good to give a straight answer.

Taking the piss out of someone for being different is just being immature, though.
