I don't think that's too tall. I mean, I'm 17 and I'm 6'0. I know a guy who's like 6'7, and that's pretty tall, haha. But you're at a good height in my opinion. :)

That's just tall, not too tall. But I know it's difficult be a height that's a lot different from you peers and gets you unwanted attention, and everyone has to make a comment about it.

It depends on where you live, somewher it might be perceived, here there are plenty of people that are about that hight, or higher.
It is above average height, wich can happen in puberty

From my experience being tall is "more attractive" to girls. Or I at least assume. When I was a freshman I was 5 foot 9. Never even kissed a girl. Now I am 6 foot 7 and have had a multiple girlfriends. Funny thing is both of my parents are short. Both under 5 foot 5. So if anything it's a good thing.
