I have been lucky. I have seen a few threads though. Can you pull foreskin back OK when soft? Practice pull when wet. Don't overdo it. Doctor can prescribe cream to help

stretching your foreskin in a warm shower or bath may help. you should probably be examined by your doctor to make sure there are no other problems

basically. Don't over do it so that it hurts. Hence doing it in the shower or bath when wet is easier. It may take a little while. Give it a few weeks. U sound pretty big!

Maybe you need to see a doctor to get some save or cream to help you stretch your foreskin. That seems to be the painful problem? You can also Google foreskin stretching and try doing what is suggested. Just take it slow and easy so you don't hurt yourself.
