Yes, there is an edge at the back of the helmet near where the foreskin joins and behind that a kind of trough where smegma can gather. Smegma is a mix of the mucous that naturally lubricates the space between the helmet and foreskin so it is quite normal and does not indicate a disease. Just use some water to wash it away.

I have described how this bit of the anatomy works in an answer to a similar question asked recently. That explains how you could pee when cumming. Remember, orgasm and ejaculating are actually two separate things so usually most guys will get that really good feeling of an orgasm and then ejaculate. There can be a delay. Since you are younger, you can also be having more than one orgasm and ejaculation back to back. Do you keep going after the orgasm starts? Younger guys who either cant cum yet or just started puberty tend to be able to do this more than more developed guys.

It is usually difficult to pee while aroused, so it sounds like it is just really thin semen. Semen isn't always thick and white, especially if you are younger and just starting. Other factors can make it thin and liquid-like too. Urine can be mixed in a little in semen, but typically most guys can't pee while hard. You might just be having a strong orgasm with a strong ejaculation.

I think the hole you talk about is an area created by your frenulum. When you retract all the way it creates that small void there. Just make sure to give it extra attention when cleaning your penis.
As far as cuming. I think things will straighten out in time. Since you have just started to be able to cum your body will adjust to cuming. You are normal and will be fine.
