Is it normal to have feet growth at 18? Or any growth at all? Also, what are the "symptoms" of a growth spurt, if you know?

Symptoms? Its not a disease.
U mean sign I think-Yeah I guess ur
feet can grow til u reach full adult.
Signs would b bones get bigger-hands
and feet-shoulders-chest.

Just to be pedantic, symptoms are things you feel as a result of it and signs are observable. In case of a growth spurt a symptom may be acheing bones and a sign would be increase in height. Whilst its not a disease it is a condition.

I really couldn't give you a complete answer on that. Every single boys body responds differently during puberty, what i would recommend is to read up on medical journals to find a more cogent answer to this question. We all know that your hair grows, dick gets bigger, voice gets deeper, all that shit. But honestly I fully recommend getting advice from medical professionals that way you don't take what we say and make an incorrect diagnosis based off of potentially false information.

In that respect Yes ur right. My bones still ache once
in awhile and I also get sensitive nipples that sometimes
get puffy but not so now that I am older.

It could be that you are experiencing late growth in your feet. But I would suggest to get more accurate information you see your doctor and check this out with him/her.
