Shaving of body hair in the winter

Ok so I live in Minnesota and I shave my legs and pubic hair in the winter does anyone else do this as well. What lition if any do you use to keep your skin soft I feel like mine gets dry and I break out.

I do but i only use water and shaveing gel, i don't have any break outs.

Don't need to shave leg hair in winter because everyone has clothes covering all of the hair

I am from Minnesota too. I would never shave my legs and I only trim my pubes. It is naturally dry here in the winter to keep your skin moist. there are body washes and lotions for after showering that help keep moisture in your skin. I would suggest trying some of those.

I do my pubes and my legs all year and to keep my skin smooth I use creamy baby oil - it smells good and its not as messy as regular baby oil.

yes to both. i dont use lotion or anything and i still dont break out w/ an electric razor. the few times that i use a normal razor i get razor burn and ingrown hairs

you're probably seeing ingrown hair and thinking it's acne... they look almost exactly alike. i've never heard of someone getting acne on their legs

Why do you shave all of that during the winter? I personally don't see how it makes sense but I'm not judging at all my dude. I personally don't shave my legs at all, and I have my pubes trimmed to the same level regardless of the season. That's just me of course, and I don't use lotion at all so I couldn't really give any recommendations.

I'm sure if u have really hairy legs the
hair will keep u warm-I can c if u go out for
swimming u shave ur body but ive seen some
guys in the locker room when it is warm that
shave legs and they look gross-id rather have
the hair on my legs and look the way a young
teen is suppose to look. Hair is sexy unless u
look like a gorilla-Jeeze there r guys that don't
have much hair and they shave-Y?
