Poll results are pretty much predictable because orgasm causes a huge hormone burst which makes you kinda *unwant* sex at least for the next couple minutes. I'm experiencing this for my whole life and that's completely normal :)

Yea, that will (most likely) change as you get further into puberty and start to get orgasms with cum. I can't speak from personal experience as I never had dry orgasms, but have read on VT from guys that have dry ones saying they can jerk again immediately.
