your parents make the rules so you have to follow them tho i've never understood why anyone would have a problem with a person sleeping nude. it's Ok to have underwear on in bed. some just sleep in underwear, some have shorts and shirts or pajamas also.

As JT said it is a matter of preference for sure but like kyrocks I find it restrictive to sleep with anything and sleep naked again your preference like most everything in life YOU have to do what makes YOU feel better and feel good about yourself

its hard whats to say good for someone because what is good for me may not be good for you. You have to do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and if you arent sure, then you have to experiment with it until you find what works best for you.

There's really no normal thing, it's varied among millions of people. The best thing to do is what you prefer and what is more comfortable, I enjoy sleeping naked or atleast with my boxer briefs on

I don't think there should be any rules for this sort of stuff, you could sleep naked if you wanted to. It's all personal preference and you should do whatever feels most comfortable.

It honestly doesn't matter all that much, it all just depends on what's comfortable for you. I personally hate wearing all my clothes as when I roll over I hate having to adjust my shirt and shorts for example. So I personally either sleep in underwear or naked depending on if it's hot or cold in my room atm.

I wear nothing to sleep. It's just how I am, I sheared a room with my older brother and he always slept nude so I did. Now he moved out and my younger brother shares my room he starting to do the same. He will wear shorts no underwear if it's cold.

tight underwear can potentially affect sperm production, but it won't affect the growth of your penis

Nobody will know what you are wearing in your bedroom. I have slept naked for idk like 3-4 years. Nobody knows i do it every night. When ever I have been "caught" naked I just say i got hot. I say do what you want to do, but if you decide to not sleep naked for whatever reason i suggest loose fitting shorts or underwear just so you feel relaxed and your junk can "breathe"

Whenever i sleep, I usually am shirtless and wearing just boxers. It's comfortable haha but when my family is out of town and i'm home alone, i prefer hanging around and sleeping naked haha
