Two options: what do I do??

Ok so basically I had this sort-of-relationship with a girl in like June. I never formally asked her out, but we hung out a lot and she gave me her number and a lot of hugs. She smiled and (flirted?) a lot with me and she checked all the boxes when I took online quizzes to see if she liked me. The summer came and I didn't text her frequently and she wouldn't really answer me. Now it's December and we don't talk anymore, not even hi. I'm pretty sure the relationship went stale. Do I snapchat her and just get it over with, asking do you like me or not? Or do I gradually try to bring things back together again?? I appreciate your responses, even if it's something quick. Do you still see her in person, like at school or anything? I think you'd have better luck asking her in person if she'd like to hang out. If she declines you've pretty much got your answer, but if she says yes you can ask her if she likes you during/after your hang-out. Talking to her in person will yield a more definitive answer as things can be easily misinterpreted over text.

Well I think first of all you need to talk to her, preferably in person, or snapchat her. You need to ask her first if she still likes you. When you find out that answer then you can move forward to try slowly bring things back or you will know it's all over with.
