Hello everyone, first i want to say sorry for my bad english, but i will try.
So, i have a very big problem, that turned into psichological thing. Before 8months my penis is not so hard and not so big as it was. I dont have any mornings erection, my erection is very weak now. Like i am feeling like shit, when i wasnt with this problem i knew that my penis is very good, but now i am afraid. I am 16 years old, i went to the doctors, they said to change my regime, like to sleep more, eat more healthy food, but i dont think this is a real problem. Any suggestions? Maybe you had this problem? :/

My thinking is the problem is not with your penis but rather with your mind. It seems to me that something is bothering you or that you might be depressed or feeling down. What you need to do is get a handle on what is bothering you and confronting that. Once you get over your feelings of sadness, then everything sexually should work out. If you are having issue with friends, family, or anything else, then make sure you are talking to someone responsible. Many times when your mind is not working rightly, then that affects your sexual functions. Your doctor might be onto something, and if you need to make sure you are getting enough sleep, exercising, and eating rightly.
Is there anything bothering you in life right now?

It could b like Second Chance said above-something
that is on ur mind that u r concerned about or even
depression. U went to the doctor-other than he telling
u to get enough sleep and eat well did he do any tests
on u to rule out any other health probs?

I guess it's possible that there's a physical problem that causes that. But with a doctors exam and test and all coming back clean....I mean the doctor could have missed something
But I think the advise of my 2 friends before me is spot on bro. There's a lota shit we all go through during puberty that makes us feel all kinds of messed up things. And if something is weighing really heavy on your mind it's guna have an impact on stuff.
Like me right now. I got hurt like 3 weeks ago. And I haven't even thought about sex or a hard on or nothing. And I want to lol!! But so much is on my mind I just can't. Cause I'm worried about shit and it impacts stuff.
So maybe you should talk to someone. You can talk here to if you wana. If it gets off subject a mod can just move the thread if needed or something ok?
Also, welcome to VT, it's a pretty chill place, and a good place to bring this kinda stuff. Lots of good people to talk to here, we've all been there bro ok?

Has their been any change in the way you eat, your exercise routine, or your sex life? If so, try to change things back to the way they were before. If you haven't made any changes then you should see your doctor.
Also, have you started smoking, drinking, or drugs?

I also doub't this is anything to do with your penis. I suspect it is some kind of stress. The advice from the doctor of living a healthy lifestyle with a healthy diet, enough exercise and plenty of sleep would probably help. That assumes, of course, you are not so stressed as to be unable to sleep but you can still do the healthy diet and exercise part.
I'd also have a quick think if there is something going on in your life that is stressing you. have you taken on too much? Is there someone making your life hell? If you find something like that get help to deal with it - a second person will see things from a different perspective.

I agree with the others. I think you have some kind of mental issue going on. Maybe if this keeps up you should go see counselor and see if they could give you some help. This whole thing may just pass too on it's own. Have you tried watching porn to see if that gets you more in the mood. Just a suggestion.

Here's something no one has spoke about is testosterone. I am currently on testosterone shots because I have low t. Symptoms include low sex drive, infrequent boners, major fatigue without doing anything, and inability to focus. If I don't get my injections all of those things creep back up. So have that be something to consider. It could be your hormones jacking with you. If you are curious you need to go see an endocrinologist so he can run tests on you to determine why you are feeling this way. My 2 cents.

Good advice Bro-I was going to suggest an endocrinologist
but since he said he saw a doctor I'm sure the doctor gave
good advice but maybe a specialist would know better.
