For me, my penis when hard has about the size of my dads (5.5) im 14 FYI, but I feel like a pencil compared to him... do you get wider later? Also the difference between hard and soft is crazy, will that get closer??

Diffrence between hard and soft just depeens if ur a grower iir shower, i used to be a grower but now ppl say im more of a shower so it can change. Im confused about ur first few sentances.

Have you really compared and measured yours and your dads flaccid and erect penis'? Wow. Well to answer your question the girth of your penis is usually the last stages of your penis' growth. By the time you are 17 or there abouts your girth should have increased.

I wouldn't dream of measuring my penis with my dad's. I have heard that as you get older your penis grows wider. I don't know if this is true for everyone though. After all, we all are different.

I found for me exactly at your age was when I stopped growing in length and more in girth, so I'm pretty sure you'll be wider soon. The change between soft and hard changes a lot from person to person, and as far as I know that doesn't change as you go through puberty.

I'm getting longer now but not really any thicker. I have seen my brother naked and he is sixteen and have noticed that his is a lot thicker than mine, almost adult like in size so I think what everyone is saying is true. You grow in length first, then it gets thick later on in puberty.

I grew wider after I grew longer. I was always very confident in my length but self conscious about my girth. I got a second growth spurt in girth around 16/17

Mine for sure grew in length before girth. However my penis still isn't all that thick yet so I think I'm still growing in that regard. My doctor thinks I'll have one more growth spurt in a little bit so Idk I'll have to see how that pans out for me.
