do women get pregnant only by having sex or as some people say like natural conceivation.
meaning they dont have sex but just get a baby in their womb naturally?

In order for a baby to be born, sperm from a male must enter the women's vagina, its impossible to reproduce by yourself.

Exactly, a woman cant just suddenly naturally get pregnant, it is physically impossible. Sperm has to enter the vagina, swim up it, and impregnate the egg

a women can't reproduce without sperm going into her egg.

as far as science is concerned, it cannot happen. The Bible does say however, that Mary gave birth a virgin, but the Bible isnt known as a wealth of purely scientific fact.
