I'm 14, and i feel like my penis hasn't grown since i was about 12, i'm about 5.5 inches or so. I'm wondering if it will grow again like another growth spurt? And i understand that that size is 'Average'

I'm 17 and I'm around 5.3", so it's not a problem or something. Everyone has different body proportions.
And maybe it'll grow, maybe it won't. Either way, it isn't a problem. There's no accurate way to predict your size. So just relax.

Thats a decent size dude, and its average so be thankful if you do grow anymore, which you likely will as your young.

mine hasnt grown in length since i was 14. it has stayed at 5.5", just gotten thicker and balls bigger

Hard to say or predict if it will or won't grow again. I had a bit of a growth spurt at 15, and that included penis growth.
