Friday my friend was messing with a water bottle & he wanted to spill some on me so I tried to take it away from him. but it spill on the table & we kinda got in troubl. then later the girl I like said if I was okay. And all I said is he's the one that started it first.and she just looked at me.

There is literally no way to tell whether or not she likes you from that xD She was most likely just be being nice if that is the only interaction you have had with her :)
