Hold up, does she know you like her? It's possible she's just late, self-conscious about being late, and you look at the person coming into class late, and that's all that eye contact was about.

Now if you KNOW her, and both of you know you have a crush on her, then maybe it means something more. Other than that the safest bet is to not read into things.

I agree, people just look at people all the time. I think you like her and her looking at you made you feel on the spot. And she just carried on with her late arrival. But it can't hurt to say hi and ask how she's feeling or if she needs help getting caught up with school work

Her reply will let you know in about 35 seconds if she has any interest in you

I would wait and see what happens down the line. Just looking at people is perfectly normal and doesn't mean a whole lot.
