In light of you being 14 your feelings are normal because in puberty we are all curious on how others develop. I would say that there is nothing wrong with you, and you are just an average person.

My suggestion is that if you want to see other dicks, then it is best not to spy on others because that would violate their privacy. While this might not be the best advice, you can always check out gay porn where you will have no shortage of dicks. It's a normal thing to want to do, I have done my share of peeping to see other guys before however I wouldn't say I was very proud of it. I think you should put people's privacy above your sexual satisfaction first off. And like I said it is a normal thing to want to see another male's penis, it is all the chemical/hormonal imbalance that your body goes through when in puberty. I think it is normal to be curious about what other guys look like and many, if not all, guys take glances where other guys are openly naked. What you must not do, though, is to contrive to look where people expect privacy.
