Casual Nudity With Friends?

It was a group of 3, and we were at friend #1's house for the weekend. We were getting ready to hang out in his pool, but there was only one bathroom to change in, and friend #2 had to take a shit. He was in there for a while, so no one was getting changed. I looked outside and saw dark clouds, and they seemed pretty close. I told friend #1, and he said "Fuck waiting, I don't want to get caught in the rain."
So right there, with everything on display, he changed into his bathing suit.
"What?" he said. "We both have one."
I agreed, and also changed into my trunks right where I stood.
"Nice dick," he commented. I replied likewise.
Despite our speedy nudity, we still got caught in the rain, and thus, the mud, which all of us ended up falling in.
"There's only one shower," said #1, looking at us, then right at me. I shrugged, and we did a double shower, with #2 opting out (but he would not have fit anyway).
We also changed into our pajamas in the open when it was time to get ready for bed.

Neither of us made a big deal of it at the time, and nudity still isn't a big deal between us. I really enjoyed the experience.

I haven't showered with a friend in a private shower, like in a house, but I have used communal showers when both a friend and some other people have been there. Friends and I have also changed where we would be able to see each other, though I didn't pass any comment.

Being comfortable nude with other people is something where there isn't really a right or wrong, it's just a case of what you picked up from the attitudes and habits of those around you. Some people are nudists and some people go to great lengths to make sure they are not seen. Those of us in the middle don't go out our way to get nude but equally don't inconvenience ourselves by trying to avoid being seen.

In your (OP's) situation the only thing that would be unfair would be to tease the friend who is not so comfortable being nude. If hanging out with you makes him less modest naturally then fine but don't try to force it.
