Relax your 15 your penis will grow and you are normal all boys grow differently. I'm 19 and you and i are the same size soft we are both 2 inches soft. But are you circumcised? Do you have pubic hair, can you cum. Any other signs of puberty happening?

Okay, so you only have 5 inches when youre erect, no problem, youre normal and there is still room for you to grow. As far as your gf and sex goes, I am sure shes not with you because of the size of your penis, so that doesn't matter. When the time comes for you to have sex, just go with the flow and let things happen on its own.
