It is probably just the point you have reached in your development and will change as you develop more.

Most of the changes during puberty are due to testosterone. Testosterone causes you start being horny, and you react to that by jacking off. It also causes the glands that make semen to develop and start working but it does take a little while for that to happen. In the meantime you can have dry orgasms - most of the feeling without any liquid. As those glands develop you should start to get a little bit or semen out at orgasm and then gradually it gets to be more and more and also gradually change from clear to white.

Same thing happened to me and then one day I made quite a mess. As mentioned your body is producing testosterone which is a sign your balls are working and likely getting bigger. Relax all is normal.

Dude, you've got nothing to worry about. I know a lot of guys our age that can't make it yet either. You'll get it soon I reckon and then you'll be thinking of the good old days when you could just let it rip without making a mess or being concerned about mom noticing the stains on your sheets and underwear! You posted this almost 3 full months ago, and it would be nice to hear a follow-up. For me it started with just a few clear drops oozing out along with my orgasm.
