Comparing with Friends

I was wondering if is ok to compare with friends and they might think that's weird? I'm also scared to do it because they might be a lot bigger than me. (I'm 8 inches by the way.) Is that small?

Depends on the friends I'd think for the weirdness part. And there is no way that 8 inches would ever be considered small, that is considerably larger than normal and I doubt they'd be bigger

If you're all dressed and you just blurt out "lets compare penis!" yeah that will seem weird. You need to be in a situation where you're already naked like a locker room. When i did this with my hockey team once it didn't seem weird at all. This is one reason it sucks that so many schools stopped having kids shower. What else do you have to compare to except unrealistic porn?

I think it is a spur of the moment thing. It isn't something where you just come out and say: "lets compare our dicks". It would have to be in the context of something, for example, if you're camping and you start talking about sex and it sort of leads to dick sizes. Then you might say: "wanna compare".

It depends on how close you are with your friends and how the topic comes up whether it would be considered weird or not. Personally, I dont think there is anything weird about it at all, its a pretty common and normal thing that boys do. As far as your size goes, you ar are far from being small, you are above the average and should be proud of what you are working with.

I'm surprised you haven't seen your friends changing at school or at sleepovers or w/e. Also surprised girls would say they have seen bigger. Most girls think I'm quite big or even "huge" and I'm "only" 7-7.25. Either they were lying to you or have seen 1 or 2 bigger and for w/e reason didn't want to give you the satisifcation that you are big. But ya unless you are very young you really can't ask your friends to compare just out of the blue. Just wait to you guys change together or something. Or if size ever comes up, you can just say you are 8 inches and some of them may even call bs on you and make you prove it. That's happened to me, but tbh it gets old and I think it's sort of gay and/or weird but that's just me.
