You don't say what position you were in. When erect it is normal for your penis to be angled upwards, i.e. more towards your face than towards your feet. If you are lying on your back that means it's going to land on you somewhere. Just where depends on the exact angle and how hard it spurts.

So you have some options:

1. Accept that it will happen and just wipe up or shower afterwards. That has the advantage of not having to aim and actually feeling it land on you can feel good.

Were you lying down? If so that would explain why it's going onto you and to fix that you would just have to be in another position like lying on your side or kneeling. If you're saying that your penis angle is so high cum actually goes onto you even if you're kneeling it might help to cover the top of your penis with a shirt or something so you don't have to clean up what's on you afterwards.

Chances are your semen will be clear for a while until you mature some more. It probably will not get milky white between six months to a year depending on how fast your body grows (i.e. getting hair, getting taller, etc.). Cum needs to be sticky because that is how the sperm sticks to the vaginal area because it is a hostile place to foreign objects.

Peeing after ejaculating is quite normal, and that is your body's way of cleaning out the pipes and removing excess semen. Just make sure you are showering after your ejaculate so that you do not have odor. For example, if you're lying in bed, then you're most probably gonna shoot your semen right to your face, or around that area.
