You cant control it, it is just based on you. Though, it could change throughout puberty.

well, the ability to "spit" is usually affected by 2 things. firstly, are you developed enough to do it? and secondly, how turned on you are? if you are very turned on then your more likely to spit, while if your not developed enough or turned on enough your more likely to just dribble.

It's exactly like he said. But I think that if you have already been "dribbling" for awhile there is always a possibility that you can make yourself "spit". It all depends on how aroused you are, where you're being stimulated, and ESPECIALLY how LONG you're masturbating. For example, you may dribble all the time because you never take your time masturbating (always going too fast is boring!). BUT if you take it slow and build yourself up (stop&go tech from jackinworld.com) I think it would be possible for nearly anyone to "spit" especially after "holding off" several times and prolonging it even more.

Well as everyone has said, it depends how far on you are in puberty and also how turned on you are.

But also everyone is different some people spit some people don't, we're all different. But since your going through puberty you are still developing so there's still a good chance it will change.
