Hi everyone I've just started cumming and I am 14 and was wondering if my penis size was normal, when flaccid my penis can be other average or tiny- i don't understand that if anyone can explain but when erect it can be just over 4 inches... is that normal, and why is it sometimes my penis is tiny when flaccid and others it can be about 3 inches

Size sounds pretty normal. Lots of things can affect how big or little your penis is when it's flaccid, if it's cold then it'll definitely shrink, if warm then probably slightly larger. Heat impacts blood flow and blood flow is what makes your penis grow and get hard.

You very normal ! sounds like you will grow bigger as you get older.. Temperature has a effect on your penis being tiny or bigger when you dont have a boner.... mine gets little if its really cold...

Mine is the same way like 2.5 to 3 inches soft and 6.5 to 7 hard but sometimes its tiny like 2 inches...
