I have only seen one of my brothers boners, and it was by accident and literally less than 5 seconds.

I was reading on the internet that younger brothers have bigger dicks than older brothers because Mothers have more testosterone in their bodies during each additional pregnancy. The higher amount of testosterone causes their sons dicks to be bigger.
