You have not lost the ability to make semen, and your body is just not developed enough to make cum everytime you jack off. You could go as long as a week or two before you are able to cum again. The fact remains you had cum once, and you will definitely do so again. It is not like you have your first ejaculation and everything just stops and you regress into a little boy. Once you start cumming, then it does not stop. Just for the first six months, like everyone has said, you are going to have dry and wet cums and most likely will have more dry ones than wet ones as your prostate develops.

This sounds normal, and it seems like your body is slowly developing the ability to make semen. Like the others said, just be patient, and within six months you will make plenty of semen regularly. When a lot of us first started ejaculating we first had a huge ejaculation the first or second time, but then after that we had a mix of dry and wet orgasms. I know it seems really confusing on why your body is doing this, but someone on this thread used an example of a toilet filling up after being flushed which is more or less what is happening to your prostate. In the end of the day don't freak out because you are totally normal, and you are are fine and are experiencing what happened to all of us when we first started ejaculating.
