Height increase?

Is there anything I can do to increase my height? My feet have grown recently (from a size 10 to size 10.5) but I want to be taller, is there anything I can do to make a growth spurt happen?

There is no way to change how any part of your body grows including your height. You are going to be what ever your genetics make you to be.

I've actually been working on being more positive. It's harder than I thought I'd be.

I've just sort of been trying to adopt the, "I don't give a fuck, I'm alive and that's amazing" attitude. It works for me. Don't judge yourself too harshly, because I've finally learned that you always judge yourself worse than you are in reality.

Yeah I think I do judge myself harshly. I don't know why though, I used to just not care what others think…maybe it's because I was bullied for 4 years, kinda still am depending on how you look at it...idk. But I've had a mostly positive attitude for the past week so that's good.

Fun fact: You're taller in the morning than you are at night. If you reach up someplace now in the evening, mark how high your hand can reach. The next morning, you'll reach even higher.

Yes, someone mentioned it, but it really is just about genetics, so if you're tall or not, that's pretty much what you're stuck with from now on, I'm afraid.

Does walking to all of your classes count as exercise?

my old school have very large area. because we have basket hall, badminton, soccer, voley and tennis, I need 5 minutes to get to cafetaria from my class. But I also cycling everyday.
Its actually better for exercise with playing sport, because it will gaining strenght for ur bones.

Yea it takes me 5 to 10 minutes to get from class to class. I walk though.

I'm pretty sure there's nothing you can do to increase your own height. Just like there's not a whole lot you can do to make your penis longer lol, if that were possible we'd all be walking around with humongous dicks :)
