What would you say could speed up puberty a little bit? Any good foods I should eat or workouts I could do? I'm well into my 15th year and only at Tanner Stage 3 according to my doctor...

Nope, I don't think so. It has to do with your genes not food or anything. If you lift weights, you'll def get some more muscles tho.

If you can find a legit way to speed puberty up, youd be a very rich man.

There's nothing you can do to 'speed up' puberty. It's going to happen at its own pace no matter what you do.

Puberty is something all boys and girls go through. It's a natural thing and there is no way to speed it up or slow it down. Some start earlier and that is about it.

I don't think there is much you can do to speed up puberty. Everyone goes through it differently. I'm probably in the same boat as you and I'm resigned to the fact that it's all up to your body and genes.

The only way speeding up puberty is taking hormones, i guess. But I doubt that a doctor will inject you some. You are just a late bloomer or such, but for sure a average healthy dude.
Just learn to deal with puberty. Like millions of peers do it every day. Maybe it makes you more mature, if only mentally.

just for information purposes:
Q: How do you speed up puberty?
A: QUICK ANSWER
According to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, puberty can be sped up in necessary cases under the supervision of a doctor through the application of temporary hormone therapy. Otherwise, TeensHealth says there is nothing teens can do themselves to effectively speed up the body's natural development. Special diets, supplements and creams have no influence, although teens should eat a nutritious diet, exercise and get enough sleep. Shy of getting hormone treatment from your Doctor, it is just a case of letting nature take it's course. I've heard of delayed puberty, which basically means you haven't started by the age of 16 at all. I can't think of any other reason why the doctor would.

There's nothing you can do but wait. If you have nothing by 16, your doctor may prescribe hormone to kickstart puberty. But stage 3 means you already started, so you will likely never need such a treatment.

Pretty sure there's nothing you can do to change how long it's going to take. Just stay healthy and fit and you'll get through it like everyone else.

Simply put, you can't speed up puberty alone. However, you can try to start puberty by gaining a certain weight or through hormone therapy. Puberty is thought to start once you reach a certain weight; that is why the age of puberty has been decreasing in recent decades. If you are tanner 3 you should just try to live healthily and get enough sleep. You need adequate sleep if you wanna grow tall.

Just let your body take its natural course. You can't speed it up and taking hormones to speed it up will just throw off your chemical balance.

Yes, I agree that Tanner 3 means you're already gone through some changes. If everything else's normal, there's nothing to do but to wait. Maybe that's just you that have different speed than others.
But if you're nearing the end (17-19 yo) and haven't through Tanner 4/5 yet the doctors maybe need to do some workup, like measuring your hormones.
