Welcome to my Saitama challenge. It is fairly easy and will test your will power.
The goal to this challenge is to not give up and do every thing even if you get sick.
Challenge Level Easy:
50 push ups a day with as many breaks as you need.
50 sit ups a day with as many breaks as you need.
50 squats a day with as many breaks as you need.
Run at least 1.5km (1 mile) a day with as many breaks as you need.
Challenge Level Medium:
50 push ups a day with 1 break.
50 sit ups a day with 1 break.
50 squats a day with 1 break.
Run 3 km a day (2 miles) with no breaks.
Challenge Level Hard:
100 push ups a day with 3 breaks.
100 sit ups a day with 2 breaks.
100 squats a day with no breaks
Run 5 km (3.1 mile) a day with no breaks
Challenge Level Saitama:
100 push ups a day no breaks.
100 sit ups a day no breaks.
100 squats a day no breaks.
Run 10 km (6.2 miles) no breaks.
