If this one guy always does these things is he into me?
- approaches me to talk to me even if I'm far away And surrounded by friends
- stares into my eyes when we talk and makes his eye contact linger a split second longer than the usual...
- accepts to do a favor for me when he is quite busy with his own life and work
- smiles all the time
- laughs a lot and cracks jokes
- teases me (often about me liking someone etc)
- I feel like he flirts (although I'm not that sure haha)

It sounds like he's into you but it's easy to misinterpret people's niceties as something more. Asking him is the only way you'll know for sure.

Take the leap and ask him if he would want to hang out with you sometime. It doesnt have to be a date, but just as friends and see where it goes from there. You want to get to know him better, right?
