Shaving pubes

Well I will give you my opinion. I love pubes and would never shave. I do trim mine lightly.

Nothing wrong with having pubes. We're guys and I think pubes look good on a guy. But I know lots of dudes like to trim and shave. I leave mine mostly natural.

I trim and shave depending on my moods. I dont know if there are any advantages or disadvantages to shaving, its more personal preference.

Mostly I just trim them. If you are going to try shaving then make sure you use good amount of shave cream and a new, clean razor. You may get some razor burn on your first few tries, but I think that lessens the more you keep it clean shaven.

Can look nice
Can make the penis appear larger
Can be perceived as cleaner [less sweat stored by hair]
Some people [sexual partners] may like the look of it]

Disadvantages
Requires frequent shaving
Can be irritating [itchy]
You could cut yourself with the shaver

Well that's your choice and yours alone. I used the logic of it's just hair and it will grow back the first time I did it.

All I can recommend for first time shaving is trim it short first, and shaving cream and a new razor to finish the job, the rest you learn yourself as you go.

The only advantage I've found from doing it is, looks clean and makes your penis look bigger.

I do. Yes you should shave with the grain and try to make it as flat as you can. Use hot water first then cold water after to prevent itching. The benefits: might be less itchy, most girls will appreciate it, and it looks really nice without hair down there

Why?

Not being critical, but I just don't get it. It's natural to have them, supposedly it prevents your skin from being rubbed during intercourse. But if you want to shave there, or your armpits for that matter, I guess it's personal preference.
