I am like afraid to death.. I am so scared. I am seeing people who want to shoot me, and I hear them talk to me that they are gonna get me and that I have to die..

I told it to the people that work here (I am in a mental hospital) and they sit down and talked to me about it but it is not really helping.

Does anyone have a tip?

I really wish I had something more to offer than the people you have already talked to.
I do know for myself episodes like that do go away or are less worse after a while.

That probably has a lot to do with it. Why the long time without any medication? Doesn't that really mess up your brain chemistry by stopping suddenly?

Yes it does, but this medication is not good for me because I my body is shaking from it and my facial expressions are very weird because of the medication so they are going to give me another medication that doesn't cause those things..

I understand the type of paranoia, but I learnt to overcome it by not fearing death itself.
Once you mentally defeat your fear of death itself you'll be able to recover better I think

Ah. Wish you the best of luck with the new stuff. Sorry you are going to have such a rough weekend :(
Sounds like you are doing as much as you can by talking about it with staff, but does not help much.
Just try remembering its just illness symptoms and withdrawal.

Listen here, and I'm going to be very, very blunt about this, so read at your own discretion.

Death will catch every single one of us, and there isn't much we can do apart from postponing it at certain points in time, so what you have to do is keep telling death "Not today". Every day we tell that to death until the time comes.

And you know what? Since death will catch absolutely all of us, make every day you live completely worth it, and make sure that when you do go out, you go out with glory.

I'd say it's for sure your lack of medication and sudden stopping.

thank you, my new meds are making me very tired but I think that's a good thing so I can sleep more, I could barely sleep before..
and thank you I am feeling very comfortable on this forum to be open about things so that's very nice.

thanks everyone I am feeling a little bit better right now, I haven't seen anyone in my room yesterday and I have been outside for 5 minutes and I was being followed by someone but I survived it :)
