Shaving pubes

Hey, I've been shaving for a while but sometimes I'll get those annoying red bumps, how do people get it so it's all smooth with no hair showing? Any tips or things to buy? I use a new razor, warm water, and an after balm lotion. Thanks guys!

Usually red bumps come for shaving the opposite direction the hair grows it pulls are irritates causing the red bumps.yes hot shower, shave cream and after balm.but if you feel the blades getting dull change it.i get the bumps if i rush or shave the wrong way.some guys it doesn't matter the directing they shave others are more sensitive ski go with the hair direction shoo you don't get bumps.
