I personally don't usually use lube as my foreskin makes it much more pleasurable without it but sometimes I do and I have used moisturising cream or spit, spit sounds gross but works very well!

Generally don't use lube as I like the feeling of friction. But sometimes i will use something slippery like a lotion or vaseline. and frequency: totally depends, from 2X a day to just a few times a week if I am busy or tired.
