Penis skin colour, question

Hello, i was wondering if anyone knows why the colour of a guy's genitals is darker than the rest his body. Most guys i have seen are darker down there.

Its caused by hormones released during puberty-
ur nipples also get darker color and ur genitals.
The skin in these parts r more sensitive and have
more nerve endings that's y u experience the most
pleasure.
