So-- I am pretty sure that I have low testosterone levels, but, how can I be sure? And what can I do to raise it?

What makes u think u have low testosterone? Ur starting
puberty ur glands r releasing hormones-it shouldn't worry
u now unless u have some development problem. The best
thing to do if u have questions is to c a doctor. Don't mess
with hormones.

Your doctor is the best person to check with

Yea just check with your doctor but if you think it's for reason relating to puberty then I suggest waiting because everyone starts at different times.

So what makes you think your testosterone level is low for your age and expected stage of development?

Remember it doesn't suddenly jump from low to high the instant you start puberty. It increases fairly quickly building to a peak in your late teens or early twenties and then very gradually declines over the rest of your life.

So how old are you? What development has happened so far? What development do you think you should have seen?

It is best to see your family doctor for a testosterone level blood test. The sooner the better if you are having problems.

If you're genuinely concerned that you have low testosterone levels then you'll have to make an appointment with your doctor. Chances are you are fine but if they find that you are in fact one of the few with a small amount of testosterone then they can give you pills to sort it, I believe. Other than that, I think that exercise helps build up testosterone and there are other natural supplements that can assist.

As others have said you would need to go to your doctor for a blood test. I don't know why you think that you have low T. We all develop at different rates. Unless you are like 15 and have no penis growth at all or no pubes then maybe it could be low T but otherwise most all teens are loaded with testosterone. If your level was low you would have to take testosterone shots to raise up your level.
