When I put my penis to up,it will hit my belt like to out but When I put my penis to down,it will hit my underwear like my underwear to be torn. I want to wear Boxer but it will looking big bulge at my jeans.I am 14 year old.������

I can't really think of another answer other than place it where it is most comfortable. Also if you want your penis to not bulge out, wear tighter underwear. Boxers are awful at keeping everything in place, hence why I refuse to wear them.
